FAQS

Why is your Kombucha flat and not bubbly in the winter?

Good Fermentation Kombucha is like your friend who hibernates a bit in the winter – it goes a bit flat! Our Kombucha is raw and unpasteurised, full of live bacteria and goodness. We could make it fizzier by adding more cane sugar at the beginning of the fermentation process, but we've decided to keep it low and let the fruit seasonality be the sweet boss. In the summer, it turns bubbly due to higher temperatures (open slowly so your kombucha is not wasted) – working with a live product is fascinating!

Can bottles be returned?

Absolutely! Recycling is a must! Bring back your bottles, and let’s team up for a greener planet. Drop them at any market or, we'll grab them when delivering your next batch of live bacteria goodness.

How much Good Fermentation Kombucha should I consume?

Good Fermentation kombucha can be sipped as a shot, enjoyed as a soft drink, mixed with your favourite spirits, or paired with meals. It's your health journey – listen to your body and follow your gut.

Is Good Fermentation Kombucha suitable for children?

There are two things we religiously check in every batch we brew: sugar levels (we like to keep them low) and alcohol levels. Because kids adore our kombucha, we want it to be their go-to drink without worries.

How long does Good Fermentation Kombucha last?

Good Fermentation Kombucha is always fresh, but like all good things, it has a shelf life (2-3 months). It doesn't go off, just gets a bit more mature – like a fine wine. In the winter store it in your garage, shed, or fridge, but never in the chiller. Once opened– keep it in the fridge and enjoy its goodness for up to 3 days.
