Orders over £45 qualify for free shipping, except for orders to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Island of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight which will incur a cost of £8.50

Orders £44 and under will incur a cost of £5.00, except for orders to the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Island of Man, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Wight which will incur a cost of £8.50

We dispatch orders Monday to Wednesday, with the aim of delivery within 48 hours of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, as delays may occur outside of our control.

To protect the quality and safety of our unpasteurised ferments, we do not dispatch orders on Thursdays or Fridays. This reduces the risk of parcels being held in depots over the weekend should courier delays occur.

Products are packed to maintain temperature during transit; customers are responsible for refrigerating products immediately upon delivery.
