RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Good Fermentation, we take great care to ensure our products arrive in excellent condition and that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Due to the perishable and live nature of our fermented foods, we do not accept returns.
Refunds will be considered only where items have been sent in error or where packaging has been damaged on arrival. Please notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery at orders@goodfermentation.com, quoting your order number and including clear photographs where relevant.
Where a claim is accepted, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item(s). Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
