SEAWEED INGREDIENTS: Napa Cabbage, Mooli (White Radish), Onion, Organic Apple, Organic Garlic, Organic Lemon Zest, Ginger, Seaweed. May contain traces of molluscs and crustaceans.
WATERCRESS INGREDIENTS: Watercress, Napa Cabbage, Spring Onion, Carrot, Organic Apple, Organic Garlic, Ginger, Tomato, Gochugaru Chili, and Celtic Sea Salt.
WHITE CABBAGE INGREDIENTS: White Cabbage, Spring Onion, Carrot, Organic Apple, Organic Garlic, Organic Ginger, Tomato, Gochugaru Chili, and Celtic Sea Salt.
BEETROOT INGREDIENTS: Beetroot, Mooli (White Radish), Carrot, Onion, Organic Garlic, Horseradish, Mustard Seeds.


Keep refrigerated before and after opening and consume before the best before date for optimal freshness. When opening the jar, do so slowly to release any natural build-up of air from active fermentation.
