INGREDIENTS: Pumpkin, Mooli (White Radish), White Onion, Organic Garlic, Organic Apple, Ginger, Tomato, Gochugaru Chilli, Celtic Salt.

Keep refrigerated before and after opening and consume before the best before date for optimal freshness. When opening the jar, do so slowly to release any natural build-up of air from active fermentation.
