GOOD FERMENTATION was born from a need we couldn’t ignore. The modern food landscape is full of ultra-processed, nutrient-depleted products. We knew there had to be another way—so we began with what we trusted: real vegetables, time, and the ancient art of fermentation.

This isn’t just food. It’s food with integrity. With soul.

Our products are handcrafted in Surrey, using a one-of-a-kind process created by Iñigo, our Basque chef, shaped by years of culinary exploration and a deep love for flavour. Annika, with her grounding in corporate retail and passion for genuine connection, saw a chance to build something more than a business: a community.

We’re not backed by funding. We’re backed by purpose. Every jar represents patience, care, and a commitment to grow the right way, organically, slowly, and with deep roots.
